ORDER TRACKING

  1. Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number to track its progress online. If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing in to your account and selecting My Account, followed by Order Status.

Our shipping partner, DELHIVERY, also offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while your purchase is on its way to you. Enter your mobile number at checkout to receive an SMS notification after your order has been dispatched, follow the link provided and choose from a range of options including:

  1. Rescheduling your delivery for a nominated day
  2. Placing your shipment on hold if you are away from home
  3. Arranging to collect your order from a DELHIVERY service point

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of delays.

While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe

  • Due to transport restrictions, we could be unable to ship pressurised or flammable items by air. As a result, orders containing fragrance must be delivered via our standard shipping option or our MR DAPPER Premier service (available in New Delhi).

In certain circumstances if we cannot deliver to certain postcodes, we suggest that you select a different shipping destination. Alternatively, you can contact our customer care team at “[email protected]” to help you with the order delivery. For more information or assistance in placing your order, please call customer care.

  • From time to time, MR DAPPER may run free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up to subscribe. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order on the payment page.

MR DAPPER insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. At checkout, you may have the option to select whether you would like to sign for your delivery. At this point, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by MR DAPPER and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

DELHIVERY can deliver to certain destinations without collecting a signature. If this option applies to your delivery address, you can update your preference on the shipping page at checkout before proceeding to purchase. By waiving the signature, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.

Please note, if your delivery is above a certain value, you will not have the option to opt out of signature confirmation. This is to ensure the safe arrival of your order.

To ensure that the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery costs are displayed whilst browsing our site, we recommend that you check the cost at the checkout. Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemised on the Order Summary page at the bottom. INDIA GST will be applied to orders dispatched within INDIA including Union Territories.

As an authorised online distributor for all of the BRANDS we feature, we guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic.

FIRST TIME ORDER

  • For your security, first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.

SIZING INFORMATION

  • As sizing varies considerably amongst the designers we stock, we recommend that you refer to the 'Size and Fit' tab and the sizing chart on the product page to help you choose the best size.

If you are not entirely happy with the size you have purchased, simply exchange it for a different one within India for free. For more information, see our “Return & Exchange Section”.

PACKAGING OPTIONS

MR PORTER PREMIUM PACKAGING

Your first order will be delivered in one of our signature brown boxes. Next time you shop, 'Basic Packaging' will be the default selection, where your items arrive in a plain box with no MR DAPPER branding. You always have a choice of packaging options when you reach the shipping page. Please note that MR DAPPER Premier orders are delivered in MR DAPPER carrier bags, unless the gift option has been chosen. Shoes will be wrapped as described below.

BASIC PACKAGING

Your order will be delivered in a FSC-certified, recyclable, non-branded box.

DISCREET PACKAGING

If you would prefer a more subtle delivery option, your order can be received in a non-branded bag. This is only available for MR DAPPER Premier orders.
We are committed to making our packaging as environmentally-friendly as we can. All boxes and bags are FSC-certified and fully recyclable.

SHOES

Orders consisting solely of shoes will be delivered in the original designer packaging placed into a plain brown box.

GIFT ORDERS

Our Customer Support team can provide you with tailored gift suggestions. Simply send an email to “[email protected]” 9am-5pm IST, Monday to Friday.
All gifts are delivered in our signature MR DAPPER boxes. To have your order shipped as a gift, select the gift card option on the packaging page and include an optional note.

SEASONAL SALES

MR DAPPER holds seasonal sales twice a year. You can be notified as soon as our sale starts and of further reductions here.

SALE PACKAGING

All sale items will be delivered in basic packaging, which does not include our signature MR DAPPER box.

SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

We offer a price adjustment on items purchased up to seven days prior to the commencement date of a seasonal sale. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved. All approved price changes will be credited to your MR DAPPER account in the form of a store credit which will be valid for 6 months.
Please note, we are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale where a further reduction has been applied or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.
